The S.S. Karatta Sparkling White is a tribute to the historic coal-powered steamship that once navigated Backstairs Passage between Kangaroo Island and Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia. Machine Picked during the cool hours of night, the grapes undergo a meticulous 100% Malolactic process, followed by expert blending and careful aging. The result is a sparkling wine with a playful and fresh character, accented by a refreshing touch of acidity.
