Ovant is a collaboration between Margaret River native Tom Streitberg, sommelier Christopher Bothwell, and winemaker Elizabeth Reed. Drawing on the experience of the Margaret River community, with palates honed over decades of vintages, the team developed the elegant and profound flavor and aroma profiles that are the hallmark of Ovant.
Production note
Distilled water infused with tulsi basil, coriander, white pepper, lime peel, and lemon myrtle. All Ovant spirits are zero-proof, sugar & sweetener free, gluten free, vegan, and contain no artificial flavors.
Serving suggestion
Mix with soda water for a refreshing spritz. Use in place of vermouth or herbaceous aperitifs in any recipe.
