About Small Wonder Riesling:

Organic estate fruit is gently whole-bunch-pressed to tank. The resulting juice was cold-settled and racked clean to stainless steel tanks and fermented at low temperatures until dry. After 5 months on lees, the final blend was racked and assembled in tank and gently filtered prior to bottling. RS 0.56 g/L
