About Small Wonder Chardonnay:

Organic estate fruit is hand-harvested and gently whole-bunch-pressed to tank. Juice is settled overnight & racked to 25% new French oak, 75% used French barriques. Wines were wild fermented, and regularly stirred to enhance texture and palate weight. After 10 months in oak, the final blend was racked to tank, lightly filtered, and bottled.
