It’s a cool night and the nostrils soak up the ethereal Cabernet notes of basil leaf, tobacco, with whispers of red cassis, mixing alongside the punch of Syrah’s pepper and chocolate. Glass at the lips, the wine slides silkily along the tongue, massaging with the powdery, grippy tannins, and soft acids leaving a long evocative finish.

They are committed to the production of ready to drink and age-worthy wines that authentically reflect the maritime climate: characterized by lithe, elegant reds and crisp, snappy whites which are typically less bombastic than wines from the warmer growing regions of South Australia.
Production note
Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Syrah 30% . The grapes were co-fermented with wild yeast and transferred to seasoned French & American hogsheads before being racked and bottled. Unfined and unfiltered.
