Production note
Hand-picked in the morning before the warmth of the day, hand-sorted prior to whole bunch pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. Some time on lees in tank has softened the wines edges and helped create a wonderfully bright, aromatic wine with full flavors yet subtlety and texture.
