Vibrant black and red fruits including strawberry preserves and some green herbal notes mixed with peppery Christmas-spice oak-derived characters. Medium bodied with a fresh palate is complemented by nicely textured tannins and more spicy oak notes.

Production note
Small parcels fermented separately. Aged in a combination French oak hogsheads and puncheons. Small parcels of fruit were crushed and fermented in 2 - 4 ton batches. After pressing, the wine was aged in French oak hogsheads and puncheons to enhance the fruit tannins.
